A 45 year old male comes to your office with the complaint of a chronic "stuffy" sensation in his head for the past 8-9 months.
He denies fever, headache, sore throat, nasal congestion, or other symptoms, except for slightly decreased hearing in his right ear.
He does not smoke or drink alcohol, and has no family history of medical illnesses. He is an accountant and lives with his wife and two children, who are all healthy.
