Now that Q Fever! has reached its second issue, it's become clear that something important needs to be said:

Q Fever! isn't interested in being "Your #457 Source For Healthcare Misinformation."

Nor are we interested in being #168, or #'s 126, 72, 59, or 35, for that matter, either.

In fact, anything less than a spot in your Top 20 just isn't going to be good enough for us.

Okay, we admit it. We're really shooting for your Top 10, or maybe even your Top 5.

And we feel that our chances of making #3 or #2, while mathematically slim, are reasonable enough to discuss in an open fashion without fear of retribution or embarassment.

Our point is this:

We realize #1 is logistically out of the question.

So we won't even bother.

But we IMPLORE you to keep Q Fever!, at the very least, in your " Top 15 to 20 Sources For Healthcare Misinformation."

And if you REALLY can't do that, then send us a little cash, won't you? You'll be glad you did, when the day comes.

And that day will come. Oh yes - yes, indeed.
